Misled by triple play bundle & deprecate bill niether was mentioned - Wind stream internet phone direct tv bundle
We first ordered wind stream through direct tv as the wind stream was suppose to be $29.99 a mo. Which was to include free activation & no extra charge for phone , needless to say, direct tv never mentioned that wind stream would send a sperate bill. It seems wind stream does not acknowledge we ordered through direct tv bundle package as our monthly bill was to be around &84 a mo,. Then we got a bad modem through mail that we were suppose to install ourself. Guess that's why install was to be free. When we get a deprecate first bill from wind stream for like 124.00 & did not even activate our internet until 2nd week after it arrived to have still no connection having a tech come bring new modem. Worked 2 wks. No service again because they have not adjusted our bill as it should not be over 30 & even if there was an install of one time they scream about, still should not been but 84 at most as they kept screaming taxes! Our whole bill should not be but that period including tv cable with the direct tv. There should ONLY be ONE BILL TOTAL FROM DIRECT TV as seems WINDSTREAM & direct tv are not working together at all with us. Yes we will be contacting them too from Trion, Ga.
